Xbox preview update brick

I signed up to the xbox one preview program and they released a software update before christmas of last year, it bricked my xbox. I read online that to fix it you need to connect a usb flash drive containing the reset, i did that whole thing with holding
the buttons to activate it but it doesnt work. I contacted microsoft twice and they said there is nothing they can do about it. I am stuck what should i do?

my Xbox is stuck in a update loop!

I'm in preview program so would guess its the new dash board update, I don't have access to the preview forum and don't seem to be able to get the required permission any help would be great as my Xbox is currently a brick

 

Pros/Cons of preview program

My final opinion on the Preview Program:

You have access to future updates, but are at the mercy of MS and the updates.... early BC may mean a console brick the next day... understand the consequences of the preview program... end/

 

Also when i turn on the xbox its a black screen then 10 minutes later it goes to the green loading screen and then another 10 min it displays the error code E200 0000001E 00000000

 

How many times have you tried the OSUDT?

If you only tried it once it is possible you didn't get it fully downloaded or you installed the wrong version which could be a problem since you did wait a while to contact the forums and a lot of updates for preview were released.

If you believed that the preview update "bricked" your console then you are obligated under the programs TOU to get the console repaired without charge. Just contact the Microsoft / Xbox support one more time and request a repair.
