    XBOX PREVIEW TEAM PLEASE LOOK ASAP


    I was receiving a preview update when the update froze on 91% of the applying process. I left it go for about 35 minutes and it still did nothing so against my own wishes i did a hard reset on the console. But now the console is stuck on the green loading
    screen. Please contact me soon.

    Thanks! it worked perfectly. I would have posted there but for some reason I can't find it. I even went to support but they couldn't get me there.
