Xbox Preview system update

My friend invite me to the preview system update and i didnt got the update then i got to live support that told me come to here to open a post and the engineers will help me so i hope that some one can help me please

I got an invite to the preview program a month ago and now it's gone.

After your friend invited you, did you get an Xbox Live Message with a 5x5 code? If so, you need to redeem that and run the app that gets downloaded. This will register you and you will get the update shortly after that.

 

Just because your friend invites you doesn't mean that you are in. Once you get a 5x5 code from Xbox Live then you are in the preview program

 

it funny I have been told by loads of people they are not accept new applicants to the preview software otherwise I would be in it

 

They are still inviting people but not everyone who is invited will get in. They are trying to ensure all Ambassadors get an invite Sonydan so keep checking I got my invite 2 days ago and am now waiting for the next wave to drop for my update.

Xcusseme as x24hrs2livex says, even if you have been suggested for an invite not everyone is able to be picked. I also read in the preview app that even if you get a code you are not guaranteed acceptance as the code allows you to 'apply' to take part but
that your application will be reviewed by the team so even a code is no guarantee.

 

Been waiting to weeks can you help please ? Still pending

This thread this thread is a bit old and it's very likely that the OP has a resolution to their problem. Please create a new thread for any issues you're facing. If you're waiting on a system message for the preview program then it's very likely that you
won't be accepted as the program is almost full.
