    Xbox preview Registration


    Hi, I was recently invited to the xbox preview, but much to my dismay when I launched the Xbox Preview Dashboard app it told me my console was already registered to another account. Despite, this being the only account I have on this xbox.

    I bought the xbox preowned on friday june 26 and still have the receipt. I contacted microsoft support (I have the reference number) and they referred me to get help from the ambassadors.

    The preview registration app is no longer used its the xbox preview Dashboard app you need, can you access the preview forum or registration support.
