Xbox Preview Registration Difficulties

Hello, I just got done talking with a Support chat from Vin about my xbox preview not working. I cannot access the preview forums and was instructed to post this on this forum. Hopefully I can get some help! Thanks

The preview registration app is no longer used its the xbox preview Dashboard app you need, can you access the preview forum or registration support.

Sorry you're having issues with the preview program. Please see the links below and post in the Preview Forum if you're having issues with the preview program and cannot access those, post in the Registration Support forum.

Hi Rise,

the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort out your forum access once they see your message.

Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

Once you have access you can post there about any problems you are having and the preview team can give you tech support.
