Xbox Preview Programme

Hi,

I hope someone can help. I was invited to the xbox preview programme last year and according to the xbox chat they can see that an invite has been sent but I never accepted it. The issue is that I never actually received a message in my message centre, despite
many attempts.

Is there anything that could be blocking the messages as over the last 6 months I have tried several time.

If you mean the EA Access Hub code, they were issued as a once off only to preview programme members who were already in the programme.

EA Acess codes are not issued to new preview programme members.

If you mean a preview programme message, perhaps Microsoft didn't accept you into the preview programme.

Not every invite is successful.

You can un-enrol on your Xbox, by going to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app and un-enrolling from the preview updates. This will only change to stop the updates once the current update wave has ended.

Being invited does not guarantee you will be accepted into the program. Phone and chat support do not actually handle the preview program, so they may be able to see that you were invited, but not whether you were accepted or not. If you were accepted, you
would have received a message. If you were not accepted, you would not have received a message. The program reached capacity several months ago so they stopped accepting people for a while. They are accepting people again but there is also a pretty large backlog
of invites.

You would need to try having someone invite you again and if you are accepted you'll receive a message.

 

I am with Preview Program and I just downloaded the dashboard update on (17/06/2016) and my Store started having issues, one of them was that I wasn't able to download anything from it.

I was instructed by support to restore the Xbox to factory defaults and now the store is totally broken, I can't open the store now because i recieve this code 0x8000FFFF and one beside it that use to change like this:

CV:yAzx+QjcXkO89lEr

I checked my network settings and everything is fine connecting to xbox live and multiplayer,I tried to open it while I was in a Xbox Live Party speaking with someone to be sure I wasn't having problems with my connection but the same code appears.

Please assist.
