    If you mean the EA Access Hub code, they were issued as a once off only to preview programme members who were already in the programme.

    EA Acess codes are not issued to new preview programme members.

    If you mean a preview programme message, perhaps Microsoft didn't accept you into the preview programme.

    Not every invite is successful.

    opt out preview programme

    You can un-enrol on your Xbox, by going to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app and un-enrolling from the preview updates. This will only change to stop the updates once the current update wave has ended.

    Just to clarify, being invited to the Preview Program does not guarantee acceptance. In the meantime, I would give it a bit to see if you receive an invite. Also, you can make a post here to
