Xbox Preview Programme Help!

Hi i got invited to the xbox preview programme and i contacted xbox support and they said that i have been accepted for the programme but i haven't been introduced so i don't know whats going on. Also the lady i spoke to said apparently i need to come to
the forums which i was planning on anyway and i got invited in like august last year in 2015 and still not in the programme so please help!

Preview Programme

I have a question! I need I need to confirm that I am not in the Xbox Preview programme! I factory reset my console fully after I opted out of the programme but the Preview Programme is still in the 'Ready To Install section'! All replies and help is appreciated!

LOST ACCESS TO THE XBOX ONE PREVIEW PROGRAMME

Hi, It appears that I am no longer a participant in the Xbox One Preview Programme or the Xbox Preview Dashboard app has disappeared from my Xbox One. Thank you for any help you may provide.

Support have given you the wrong info.They can only tell if you have been invited,not if you have been accepted as they are nothing whatsoever to do with the preview program.

Being invited does not guarantee you will be accepted & chances are you haven't been accepted but there is a massive backlog so you may still get in but I doubt it.

All you can do is get someone to invite you again.

Codes for the EA Access Hub were initially sent exclusively to preview programme members as a once off, so they could test it and see how it looked GG.

After this, people wrongly assumed you would get an EA code simply by joining the preview programme.

It was a once off event for those already in the preview programme.

Anyone joining the preview programme now, will not automatically get an EA Access Hub code.

If you mean the EA Access Hub code, they were issued as a once off only to preview programme members who were already in the programme.

EA Acess codes are not issued to new preview programme members.

If you mean a preview programme message, perhaps Microsoft didn't accept you into the preview programme.

Not every invite is successful.

Hello Siul,

The Preview Programmes for Xbox 360 and Xbox One are entirely separate. If you are part of the Xbox 360's Preview Programme, you should be able to access its forum here:

forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

For the Xbox One programme, you would have to be invited and accepted separately before gaining access to the forums. Also bear in mind that an invitation does not guarantee access.
