Xbox Preview Program

This was the most relevant topic I could find to put this post under so please move it to where appropriate.

I was speaking with Alexa in Xbox Customer Support and I was discussing the issue I was having being I did not receive an invite to the Preview Program although my friend did invite me and Alexa confirmed that the invite had been sent. I have not received
an invitation yet from Xbox Live. Thanks for looking into this.

I get 10 messages a day asking for me to invite them to the preview program. I'm sick of these messages popping up. Can you please fully delete this thread for me?

You get invited by a friend who is int he program, and there is rules to follow.

Rule 1- Don't talk about the preview program

RUle 2- See rule 1.

 

Hi there customer Customer support cannot tell if you were invited or not to the preview program, also just because you recieved an invite does not gurantee access into the preview program. The July preview wav has already started you would have to wait
until the july update is released to the xbox live community and have your friend inbvite you to the preview program again.

 

I'm just telling you what I was told on the call. You were saying you're not guaranteed to be accepted into the program? What would be a reason that you wouldn't be accepeted?

 

Just like any beta any enforcement action, not a xbox live gold member, the preview program invites are submitted by the hundreds of thousands you maybe on the next batch list to get in, or you may need to be reinvited again once the july update is released
to the xbox community later this month.

FAQ, as for the selection process its not something we are privy to

Thanks for the help guys but I could not find anything as far as the selection process goes on the FAQ

 

Its random at best some who are invited get in others they dont they process these in batches so you could get in for august or you may need to be reinvited
