Xbox Preview Program

In the Xbox One preview program dashboard it says that the console is registered to a different account.

I get 10 messages a day asking for me to invite them to the preview program. I'm sick of these messages popping up. Can you please fully delete this thread for me?

 

Looking for an EA Access beta code

You get invited by a friend who is int he program, and there is rules to follow.

Rule 1- Don't talk about the preview program

this is something the preview team need to sort for you. Is this a second hand/used console? That's how this usually occurs. In order to get it sorted out the forum support team will need to grant you access to the preview area of the forums.

They will post here when they have done that so keep an eye on this thread! Once you have access you need to head to the Registration Support forum and post a new thread there so the preview team can look into your console registrations and help you.
