Xbox Preview Program

A friend of mine invited to the Xbox Preview program two weeks ago and I still have not received anything. The support team has asked me to post here using the following reference:
[Mod Removed]. I understand that since the reveal of backwards compatibility requests have rocketed but I really hope I could be considered for the program. Thanks.

I get 10 messages a day asking for me to invite them to the preview program. I'm sick of these messages popping up. Can you please fully delete this thread for me?

 

Looking for an EA Access beta code

You get invited by a friend who is int he program, and there is rules to follow.

Rule 1- Don't talk about the preview program

RUle 2- See rule 1.

 

Ok, first off you should never post your reference numbers on the forums. That is strictly between you and phone support.

As for the invite, an invitation to the preview program does not guarantee access to the program. Also, there have been a lot of invite requests since E3 so they are being processed in waves. Please be patient and keep an eye on your Live messages for
more information. Thank you.

 

Thanks for your reply onyx62is. The only reason I posted ref number was because that is what I was told by support. What I my supposed to do with then? Is it only for phone support or can I reference it in a chat? They did say it was meant for Enforcement
team. Thanks.

 

The enforcement team has nothing to do with your request either, lol. The reference number is strictly for dealing with phone support. No one on these forums has access to their notes so posting it here actually can put your account information in jeopardy.
I have reported the number and as you can see it has been removed for you.

Just for future reference there are certain things you should never post to any forum.

1. Personal information (ie. address, phone number, email)

2. Reference numbers

3. Content codes (ie. gold membership, game, DLC)
