Xbox preview program

[Mod Removed] had sent out a request for me to be invited to the xbox preview program. It has been a week and I still have not received my message to update my dashboard. My gamer tag is . Has my invite been lossed somehow?
I was told they usually take 2 to 3 days and I am on day 7 :/

I get 10 messages a day asking for me to invite them to the preview program. I'm sick of these messages popping up. Can you please fully delete this thread for me?

 

Looking for an EA Access beta code

You get invited by a friend who is int he program, and there is rules to follow.

Rule 1- Don't talk about the preview program

RUle 2- See rule 1.

 

Sorry to hear it. However an invitation does not necessarily guarantee access to the program. Also, due to the large number of people getting invites since E3 the invites are being processed in waves. Please be patient and keep an eye on your Live messages.

 

I spoke to someone in a support chat. They said they can see i was selected and oart if the program and that i should have been sent the dashboard. They said to post here for help. I need the message sent still. I have not received it even though your system
thinks I have.

 

Sorry but you were misinformed. As the preview program is internal phone support cannot see who was and was not accepted. You'll need to keep an eye on your Live messages for the approval and details to download the app.

 

It was chat support done on this site. I screenshoted the conversation. I knew my problem probably wasn't going to be solved as easily as the support rep thought it would be. They were able to look it up. They said i had already been sent the dashboard but
had not accepted it. This is why they sent me here. If you guys are under the impression that it was already sent, then I can wait till im blue in the face and never receive it. All im saying is, please mark me down to have it resent. I have no issue with
waiting, i just want reassurance that it is indeed coming. I can send you the screenshots i took if you give me an email. Maybe you can talk to thw rep and see whats going on.

 

Chat support is the same as phone support. They are a 3rd party company hired by Xbox to handle most issues. Unfortunately who is and is not in the Xbox preview program is not one of those functions.

However, I can suggest finding a post by UrbanizedTree in these forums and send him a PM. He will be able to let you know one way or the other.

 

Can I get a link at least? Lol...so far xbox support has given me no support at all. What you're telling me...basically. ...is that the guy paid by xbox was lying to me and doesn't know what he is saying...also you are basically saying "sorry bout your
bad luck bruh, maybe you will get it, maybe you wont...*** off and dive into the forums." Lmao...come on man.
