Xbox Preview Program

hello i was told by a xbox customer support representative to come here and post that i am a member of the preview program but have no recieved the update. I am apparently suppose to be given it manually. any addition information would be great, thank you.

I get 10 messages a day asking for me to invite them to the preview program. I'm sick of these messages popping up. Can you please fully delete this thread for me?

 

Looking for an EA Access beta code

You get invited by a friend who is int he program, and there is rules to follow.

Rule 1- Don't talk about the preview program

RUle 2- See rule 1.

 

Hey Prestidigitor,

when you join the preview your console may not update immediately - in fact you can be waiting several weeks as you may not be sent a preview update until the next wave (update waves are normally every month).

If your console is enrolled (which you can check in the preview app) you are all set up and will get the update once it rolls out. Its worth pointing out there is no 'manual' method of downloading the preview and installing it ahead of 'schedule.'

Where is the preview app? The rep said my console is already enrolled but I don't have or know how to get the app

 

Hi there I also have not received my update and I have accepted he invite back in June. A rep told me that I was a member and accepted the invite but have not yet downloaded the app. I have not been able to download it because I have not yet received the
link.

 

Sorry to hear it guys. Prestidigitator, if you have not received a Live message with instructions to download the app then perhaps you have not been added to the program yet.

Phone support is not able to tell who is in the preview program and who is not.

Please remember that an invitation to the preview program does not necessarily guarantee access to the program. All invitation are currently being processed in waves so please be patient and keep an eye on your Live messages for further information as that
is the only place you will receive messages regarding the preview program.

being invited to the Preview Program does not guarantee acceptance in to the program. Thanks!
