Xbox Preview Program

First, let me start by saying that I know I am supposed to post in the Preview forums, but when I attempt to do so, it says Group Not Found. That is the reason why I am posting here. My issue is this: I was invited by a friend to the Preview program while
he was signed into my xbox while I wasnt there. He thought he was being nice. I recieved a message from Xbox Live to download the app and launch it. After downloading and launching the dashboard preview app I am greeted by a page that says Sorry but this
console is registed to another account.

I spent close to 3 hours on the phone with xbox support trying to resolve the issue, but after a while anyone I spoke with would give up and say something along the lines of try the forums. one told me to post to the ambassador forums since i didnt have
access to the forums. from there they told me not to post there and post here instead. please dont send me away again. I have done online support I have done the phones, I have spent hours researching the issue myself.

I had my friend manage his flights and unenroll my console but still no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated. I dont want to wait untill this update goes live. Its not even allowing me to use my own console for an app I was invited. its very frustrating.

I get 10 messages a day asking for me to invite them to the preview program. I'm sick of these messages popping up. Can you please fully delete this thread for me?

 

Looking for an EA Access beta code

You get invited by a friend who is int he program, and there is rules to follow.

Rule 1- Don't talk about the preview program

RUle 2- See rule 1.

firstly - the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort you out your preview forum access once they see your message - thats why you keep getting group not found. Please bear in mind though that after checking your post they have to manually
make changes - and there are a lot of these to do at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

Secondly - as soon as your access is sorted you can post in the preview support forum here and the preview team will be able to give you tech support to hopefully get you up and running.
