Xbox Preview Program - Wireless Display ( Preview )

I received my partial invitation to the preview program, however do not have access to the preview forums to post this question. My windows 8.1 laptop is asking for a WPS PIN to do the quest associated with the App. However i have tried the WPS PIN on the
bottom of my router and that did not work. I have also tried a few codes that were posted on other forums such as 0000 and 1234. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks i advance.

Wireless Display feature? I'm in the preview program and the only wireless display feature that's on the Xbox One is the ability to stream videos from your mobile phone to the Xbox One (which then goes to your TV)

If its that feature your talking about its on the Xbox One, you don't need to be part of the preview program to use it.

 

Wireless Display App

The Wireless Display App is available within the Preview Program for the Xbox One.

Are you in the Preview Program? If not, that's why you cannot find the Quest as Quests is a Preview Feature that enables members to test new functionality through "quests".

You need to be invited by somebody who is already in the Preview Program. More information about the Preview Program

firstly your preview forum access - the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort you out once they see your message. Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they
will get to you as soon as they can!

As for your problem - it might be worth logging into your router and confirming that the WPS pin on your sticker is the actual one in the router settings. Other than that someone here might know and reply but either way you should be able to post in the
preview forums soon and get the help you need.
