Xbox Preview Program Updates

Hi I'm enrolled into the xbox preview program and i'm unable to receive the new updates is there anyway you could possibly help me out?

New dashboard question

so I have two Xbox ones in my house, mine and my sons
I am in the preview program only and my son is not in any programs
He turned his Xbox on today to see an update which was strange since we both have instant on
He now has the new dashboard and I'm on the original one
How did his Xbox one get update when he isn't in any preview programs? And why is making be not update?

Could you check that in the Preview Dashboard app that you are still enrolled?

Then go to Settings>System>Console Info and check the version number.

Under OS version, towards the middle of the number in brackets if it says *either* 1408 or 1409 then you have the latest update. Not everyone in the Preview is currently getting 1409 but 1408 is not yet a public release.

If you are still on 1407, if you recently enrolled it may just be that they are not pushing out updates yet to those who recently enrolled until the next wave.

You are apparently in the Preview Program and if you don't want to get the updates you can opt out of the program. Frequent updates are common when beta testing software.

By joining the preview program and installing the preview firmware, you have effectively signed up to beta-test future firmware updates, and you will encounter bugs sooner or later. It is recommended to take your problem to the preview program forum to see
if they can help you.

LowerEastSide24, the last public update was on Dec 11 2014. Either your hard drive (or internal 4gb storage) is failing and causing the xbox unable to read that it has the update or you are in the preview program which had an update on March 31st.

If you are part of the preview program, you should be posting in the preview program forums. The preview program is about beta testing and problems can arise. It's part of the risk in partaking in a beta.

If you are not part of the preview program then you have an obvious hard ware failure somewhere.

Hello! Are you in the preview program? There seems to be a few issues with the latest update.

I’m not in the preview program however this problem did start to happen around the latest update for the Xbox
