Xbox Preview Program Update

I have downloaded Xbox Preview App, and the app informed me I was supposed to get an update. (It is my first quest.)

Its been more than 10 days and I have still yet to get an update.

Any help would be lovely.

New dashboard question

so I have two Xbox ones in my house, mine and my sons
I am in the preview program only and my son is not in any programs
He turned his Xbox on today to see an update which was strange since we both have instant on
He now has the new dashboard and I'm on the original one
How did his Xbox one get update when he isn't in any preview programs? And why is making be not update?

Hey Ness,

when you join the preview program you join the list for the next wave/update. There isn't a fixed date for preview releases although they have previously been rolling out at least once a month.

All I can suggest is to be patient for the moment!

 

I understand updates after the initial one but the FAQ said to expect the first update with in 48 to 72 hours. If that is different, than - I would suggest the FAQ to be updated.

Did other folks wait more than a week for their first update?

 

You'll probably get a better answer in the preview forums, but I'm assuming that you haven't received an update because the next one is huge. They are still rolling it to preview members, and I myself am still waiting. The "preview" update that I currently
have has since become the version that all members have.

I created a post letting the preview team know you couldn't access the forum. They're usually pretty quick about it.

 

i as well am a preview member but i get group not found as well.. and i was just wondering if anybody knew what games didnt work with the new update?
