Xbox Preview Program update makes don't turn on my Xbox

With the last update of the Xbox Preview Program, it showed green screens. But now it doesn't turn on. I disconnected, wait, and try to turn on but it just makes a beep. but doesn't turn, even the white light with the logo.

New dashboard question

so I have two Xbox ones in my house, mine and my sons
I am in the preview program only and my son is not in any programs
He turned his Xbox on today to see an update which was strange since we both have instant on
He now has the new dashboard and I'm on the original one
How did his Xbox one get update when he isn't in any preview programs? And why is making be not update?

 

So now Xbox Live updates are interrupting gameplay?

You are apparently in the Preview Program and if you don't want to get the updates you can opt out of the program. Frequent updates are common when beta testing software.

same problem, glad I'm not alone. Support team was trying to say it was my fault and I need to send it in to them to have it fixed.

 

I have tried to do the upgrade in the offline mode. nothing to do, becomes 5% and then comes a screen with an error.

 

It seems that the problem will be resolved by the factory reset. I chose the first option, after which it seems that everything is ok. I had to reinstall the Battlefield 4, which I had on the xbox (I did not understand why). Anyway, problem solved.
