Is there another account on your Xbox One console that has the preview program tied to it? We were unable to verify that you are in the Xbox One preview program. If you would like to be invited, have a friend who is already in shoot you an invite!

Unfortunately we are unable provide invites to the Preview Program here in the Support Forums. As Onyx said above, you will need to be invited by a friend or someone who is currently participating in the Preview Program.

Program and request an invite from them. Another option could be heading over to our Xbox One General Discussion forum, make a few friends in there who are in the preview program, and ask about getting an invite. Thanks!
