Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately codes are not sent by ambassadors nor would invites to the preview program come through your email. Preview invites are only sent via Xbox Live Messages.

Hey there, RWF1984! The preview program has slowed down sending invites out dramatically. If you have not, received an Xbox Live message, then you have not been accepted into the preview program. Keep an eye out on your messages for an invite sent to you!

The message probably got caught up in a backlog of messages to be sent about the preview program. However, unfortunately the preview program has now reached near capacity, and is not generally accepting new applicants.

Hi there xbox customer support cant tell if you accepted or rejected an invite to the preview program, as those are sent via xbox live message and they dont have access to that information on there database. The only thing in regards to the preview program
they can see is if your in or not.
