    Xbox Preview Program Status still "PendingEnroll"


    I was invited to join the Xbox preview program and downloaded the app on 6/21/15. I registered my console and have been seeing the message "PendingEnroll" ever since. All postings about the timetable that I could find say that it should take no more than
    48 hours. Is there some action I need to take or is the hold up beyond my control? Is there a problem with my regisration? Thank you for any help you can provide.

    Get my acount off preview program

    I did but when I call Xbox support they tell me that my account is still in

    preview program but my Xbox isn't so they said to unroll my account out of preview program

    I'm in the same boat and for some reason don't have access to the preview program forums to report it to the correct people. Is anybody here able to help with either of these issues? Thanks!

    Just to clarify, being invited to the Preview Program does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted into the Preview Program, you will receive an Xbox Live message with further details. If you were previously participating in the Preview Program
    and are not able to access the features of the latest preview update, I suggest checking out the Enforcement Site to see if you have had any enforcement action
    that my affect your status in the Preview Program. Thanks in advance!

    customer service is telling me i need a link for an invite to the beta forum, even though Im already a beta tester

    I assume you have received an invite to the Preview Program and accepted it? This can sometimes takes weeks for you to get enrolled as it depends on if they need new members or not.

    Accepting an invite will just put you onto a waiting list to grant you access to the Preview Program.

    What status does your Preview Program App on the Xbox say?
