Xbox Preview Program Reverted My Game Saves

So yesterday I got sick of having to update my console every day when I was trying to ask Cortana to take a screenshot in the middle of playing Dark Souls with my friend and it forced me to update my console right then and there and the only other option
was to go offline. So I went and changed my program settings to download only the updates that everyone opts into. So then today I get back from dinner, turn on my console and downloaded an update that ended up reverting my console to not having any of the
recent preview programs updates I had and I thought nothing of it. Next thing you know I sign on to Dark Souls and find that my save from today (about 6-8 hours worth of progress) had been completely reverted to the progress from the night before. Other than
the fact that I quit and saved the game multiple times today so there was no reason it should be anything on my part, but the main problem is that I don't understand why the cloud saves should have been affected in any way by the update. All I know is now
I have opted out of the preview program and honestly I think I'm not going to join any program like this ever again.

Xbox preview program is now missing on my new console and now certain games wont function properly.

I bought the new elite console and traded in my old xbox one.I was told when I rang before I did the trade that everything would download automatically. The xbox preview program is now missing from my account and I have been reverted back to the old dashboard
and my games wont function properly, e.g nba 2k16 will no longer connect to the internet and allow me to go online. So xbox,can you please send me the code to download the preview program again so I can actually get my games to work again. Thanks

 

Games not starting, or even registering I bought them after opting out preview program?

I have bought 2 games while I was in the Preview program thru the consoles' store(Digital Copies)... These purchases on the MS website from a computer shows a status of "In Process" They have my money!

I was tired of being in the preview program last week and now have reverted to the current PUBLIC NON preview build for the Xbox one... And I cannot play these games, I get the exact same message that the original poster stated.... The suggested answer
is no help at all... What we want to know is when will the games we spent real money be playable on the non preview build... This is very frustrating to not play new games that we spent money on...
