    Xbox Preview Program Problem


    My secondhand xbox one apparently came with the preview program but not with the application. This means I cant leave the program even though i would like to because I dont really like having to deal with all the bugs that come with it. Is there a way to
    install the app or somehow delete the preview program from my xbox?

    Xbox Preview Program Problem

    Hey there, skilla14! Sorry to see you're running into this! We can get this console unenrolled from the program. First, if there is someone with an account that is in the preview program, they can unenroll it from the program through the Preview App on the
    console.

    If no one is there that can do this, then what we will want to do is get your information sent over to the proper people in the Preview Team to get it removed. This *will* factory reset your console, though. What I will need from you is the console's device
    ID sent to me in private message. You can do that by clicking on the envelope at the bottom of my post. And you can find the device ID in the settings > all settings > system > console info & updates. We'll get you removed asap once I have that. Xbox Preview Program Problem :D

    Hi can I ask are you part of the xbox preview program? I had this issue with last preview update, frustrating had to buy on my laptop and then download. It could be if your in the preview program it's a problem with the preview build

    Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
    forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.
