    Xbox Preview Program Problem


    My friend and I were sent an invite to the Preview Program by the same user, but he sent mine a few days before he sent his. Yet, my friend received his first, and I have yet to receive mine. When I try to access the Early Access forums, I can't. I've been
    waiting a month and I've yet to meet somebody that has had to wait nearly that long. It's worrying me, I'd like it to be sorted out very quickly.

    they stopped accepting new people for now. they made a statement about it a little bit ago. if you cant access the forums, you arentn in it Xbox Preview Program Problem :(

    They told my friend they'd make a case for me and respond to me here. I was invited a full month ago and he was invited afterwards, yet he received his and I've yet to receive mine. I will not stand for this, I'm going to get this sorted out.

    Hi there Maximum Gigabyte just a reminder just cause you recieved an invite doesnt gurantee you will be choosen to participate in the preview program, There is a process only the preview team knows and thats how select gamers get selected. Also Xbox has
    stated that the preview program is nearing capacity and have slowed down the number of accepted invites in order to keep the preview program running smoothly.

    Um, I have waited a month and have yet to receive ANY sort of message. A full month, well before they started "slowing down." I've provided feedback in the past and I know all of this, if my friend is allowed to be in there's absolutely no reason I shouldn't
    be as our accounts are nearly identical. Nobody has had to wait this long, it's ridiculous.

    Some have been waiting longer than you, and as i mentioned there are requirements that have to be met and by now you dont meet some of the requirements. As of right now the preview program isnt accepting new members right now, so when they open it up again
    have your friend reinvite you at that time.

    Hi can I ask are you part of the xbox preview program? I had this issue with last preview update, frustrating had to buy on my laptop and then download. It could be if your in the preview program it's a problem with the preview build

    It sounds as if you're having this issue with an Xbox One console in the preview program, is that correct? If so, you'll want to reach out about this problem to the preview program team on the forums HERE.

    If the console is not in the preview program, can you explain in detail what errors or problems you are having with this game?

    Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
    forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.
