    Hi, so I called microsoft support today and they said I am confirmed xbox preview member however I've received no message on xbl or email. Just to clarify it has been over a month now, any help is appreciated.

    xbox preview program problem, please help.

    Hi Maximus,

    the main support team are prowling the forums so once they spot this and verify you are a member of the preview program they will be able to grant you access to the preview forums. You will then be able to post in the Registration Support forum and the preview
    team will be able to give you the support you need to get up and running.

    Guys, as this seems to be a known problem with the current preview updates please move over to the preview program forums and post this issue there to help the developers to fix this problem. Thxs for your understanding.
