Xbox preview program. Please Help!

I friend mine sent me an invite to the preview program but I have yet to see the message to accept the invitation. Xbox support can see that I was invited but said I may have deleted the link when I power cycled my Xbox. Please help!

Hey dwj44321,

An invite doesn't necessarily mean you're automatically in the Preview Programme.

If you're accepted - you will receive a message to 'Launch Application'.

If you were accepted for sure, but you deleted the message or it expired, please post here:

It can take up to 24-48 hours before you even hear anything. It's not a guarantee you will get in either.

Phone support has nothing to do with the preview program. Also, seeing as how there is currently a preview update that has not been fully released yet you will more than likely not be added to the program until that one has been released to the public.

It may take a little while before you get accepted into it. Give it up to a week, and if you haven't been accepted or received any message about it by that time, then inquire into it some more.

Just an addition here. There is no code for the preview program. It is all done via Live messages.
