Soundproblems after Update from 20.04.2017

Thank you for the detailed information. However, I'm a little confused by the number "20.04.2017"? This is not an OS version number, but appears to be a date. Yet, the date of the last open update is "04/13/2017"
. Have you received a subsequent update since April 13th of this year? And are you part of the

Xbox Insider/Preview Program ?

Invited to preview program, no message

Hi, I've been invited to the preview program multipkle times but havent recieved a message. Reference/ticket number: 1295977728

 

You should probably post this in the Preview Forums as people there will be better able to help with this.

However in the mean time I would suggest unplugging any accessories connected such as the Kinect camera and external hard drive and carry out a hard reset by pressing and holding the Xbox logo on the console and then restart the console without the accessories
connected, you may need to carry out 4-5 of hard restarts to see if you can get the console to start properly.

Hopefully this will get you back up and running.

I would also recommend not using the offline update tool as it's not compatible with the new dash.
