    Xbox Preview Program - Need Help


    Hey Support,

    I would like to opt-out of the Xbox Preview Program, but I apparently don't have the app still on my Xbox. I don't know if I opted out before or if it never got installed properly. If I could get a support member resend a link to download the app again
    or punch some numbers at headquarters and take me out of the program I would appreciate it.

    Preview Program issue, I need access... to fix error code 0x80070490

    My xbox one will only show error code 0x80070490. The issue seems to be related to the Preview Program. I need access to preview program.

    Since the Xbox Preview program has reached near capacity the acceptance rate has been dramatically decreased. Since your status is pending you will be added into the program as soon as an open spot arrives. Besides waiting there's nothing you can do about

    To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.
