    "Hi there, it may take more than a day before your thread is read by someone who can help. Only support staff are able to look through deep problems like this and offer resolutions, and they have a backlog of problems to look over too.

    I'll try and describe why things are going wrong so far. As far as I've heard, the actual support staff over the phone do not have much to do with the preview program. The preview program is mainly handled by support staff which operate on the Xbox Support
    forums.

    When you say that someone over phone support registered your console (and sent the invite?), it confuses me since I wasn't sure they could. When you are invited through a regular Xbox user as intended, your console is automatically registered within a couple
    of days. Since this has been done manually, this could have caused problems.

    If you are upset by the preview program, there's no need to get angry at every single Microsoft product.

    Overall, I would recommend that you now wait for Xbox Support to view your thread, and then potentially manually grant you access to the "Xbox One Preview Support Forums". These forums are where the people who can help you with the preview program are. If
    you post there, they can assist you with preview program problems you may be facing.

    I hope this helps at least a little bit with the confusion, and essentially there's some confusion about phone support staff handling preview applications.

    I received the above information in an email. I know now about reference numbers.

    I have attempted to underline and Bold more than usually so no misconception is taken place.

    I noticed my post was taken off, it was in the right spot for the preview program. Let me just clear some things up as I can tell most would of thought I was discriminating your support, or thought I was madder then hell. I
    specifically stated
    I am not upset with the entire support team, yet everyone I have dealt with has been a problem, except for three support representatives. I am not upset with the preview program, I am aware many bugs
    are present and yet to be fixed, I am sure someone will fix it one way or another. I again stated
    from the experiences I have had with support it is one of the most flawed support systems, again
    only the people I have dealt with, and if I was to give you a number of times I have called or used chat, I would say well over 35 definitely, maybe closer to 50, and yet only three were ever helpful, most either
    disconnected or would say I am banned, which I am not. I also mentioned
    I DID NOT USE PHONE SUPPORT for the preview program, only chat support and with the 4 people I chatted with, 2 helped significantly, one seemed as if they were talking to multiple people, posting links telling me to go the activation,
    and then disconnecting after giving me a link to the wrong forum, or as I seen
    GROUP NOT FOUND
    . The fourth person I chatted with online support is the only person that ever got me to the forums to this section. Look now, nothing against the person who sent me this
    email, yet it seems as if my post wasn't fully read, or some misconception was taking place. As for the
    PREVIEW PROGRAM FORUMS, I do not see one for the preview program specifically, and also seen on another post
    with a link saying if I received GROUP NOT FOUND, then they need to manually fix it.
    There is no confusion on my end, I
    simply explained all the nonsense support representatives and the flawed enforcement program at the time. Although one thing I do question now, if I could not post it in a preview program section,
    which will not work or doesn't exist, whatever may be the case, and others are posting it here why couldn't I?,
    as well as how are they going to see the thread if you have taken it down. No other PREVIEW PROGRAM issues are taken down from this section. Now for the one who helped me register my console, IT WAS OVER
    CHAT SUPPORT (AGAIN NOT PHONE SUPPORT, NO PHONE SUPPORT WAS USED FOR THIS ISSUE( PREVIEW PROGRAM)), he mentioned I have already been selected as a preview member, as i have also been invited as
    well, as it would seem I could of had this app a long time ago. We got the console registered, "Jep" was helpful, he mentioned
    24-48 hours and I should receive an email, as well as a
    XBOX LIVE MESSAGE, I still have not. It has been 3 days now, since the chat representative has mentioned the timeframe, and almost 3 weeks
    since my first invite from a friend, not including the random selection, additonaly I have be invited again and again by others who are trying to get me in, day after day after day.
    Also, my Xbox never automatically registered over the year I have had it. That just sounds off, forcing people to register, but hey if that's what you do that's what you do. If anybody could look at this,
    not trying to jump the line and get first in line, that would be great. The reason I posted another thread, again is mine was taken off and the email I received didn't fully make sense, as to the information I
    provided, as well as how is support going to see this. Thanks -G2



    P.S. - Again nothing against the person who sent the email, but please take the time to read it. There was no confusion on my end, that way I wont have to post another, explaining a second time of the information I have already mentioned, its as
    if the reply got everything backwards.

    Preview not being accepted

    I've had a few people send me an invite to the Xbox insiders preview program but I have not gotten a message on my Xbox 1. Is there something I'm missing for this?
