Xbox Preview Program - Message Expired

I am wondering if anyone can help me out with my problem. So I know I got accepted into the Xbox Preview Program awhile ago because I got that message with the link to the app and everything but I kinda forgot about it because of other things came up in
my life. Anyways today I noticed that the Xbox service message actually expired because it was probably over 30 days old.

If anyone can help me or point in the right direction that will be cool because I would like to participate in the program now. Thanks.

Preview program message expired

My Xbox preview message expired before I could download the app. Tried visiting the Preview Program forums, but get a 'Group Not Found' message. Can anybody help?

I went to accept the preview program message - only to find it's been deleted.

CombatReaper,

I believe that Official Support can verify if you have been invited and possibly get you forum access so that you can ask the Premium Team on those forums to resend the message. It may take a day or two for a response on the forums, but they should see
it and may respond.

I've just talked to Official Support and they say I have to restart all over again and get someone to re-invite me into the program. I don't even think they checked (if they can) to see if I was in the program or not.

Sorry to hear it. You shouldn't have to be reinvited if you've already been accepted. If you can, please post to the preview forums.

I don't have access to the preview forums, that is why I posted over here on the reulgar xbox support forums. But thanks for all the help and tips you two. It looks like I'll just have to wait and see if someone from the preview team takes notice of this
forum post hopefully.

If you've deleted the Xbox Live service message with the link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app or it expired, please post in the private Xbox One preview forum.

The preview program on the 360 is different to that on the xbox one.

Only Microsoft can invite you to the 360 preview program so if the message has expired I highly doubt you will get another one.

Hey there,

You will need to see if one of your friends can send you an invite to the preview program. This could take time, especially over the weekend.

Once an Xbox Message has expired, the system deletes the message completely from the system. This meaning, no one can retrieve the message back for you.
