Xbox preview program member "group not found"

    Xbox preview program member "group not found"


    I'm currently a xbox preview program member and have been for a few weeks now. I'm still unable to access the forum and I'm recieving a group not found message

    Preview program "Group not found"

    I'm a preview member, whenever I try to go on the preview program forum it says "group not found".I really need to get on that forum because my xbox one is bugged.I can't access anything from the home screen, (games, apps, settings, etc.).

    I have been a xbox preview member for over a year and I cannot access preview support because the Group Not Found.

    Last update completely reset my xbox

    I also can't post to the preview forums because the group cannot be found. I am a member of the preview program, how else would I have got the update?

    Using the new xb1 UI

    If it says "Group not found" then you need to create a new post stating that you are a member of the preview program but that you're unable to access the private preview forums. An Xbox support agent will then grant you access to those forums

    If you have been accepted into the Preview Program then you should be able to access the Preview Program Support forums and request assistance from the registration support group. If you get a group not found message then you don't have
    access and likely haven't been accepted yet. Keep in mind that an invite does not guarantee acceptance into the program. If an Xbox Support member can verify your acceptance, they should be able to grant you access to the aforementioned preview support forums.

    I am also having the same "Group not found" error. I've a Preview Program member since June, but I haven't had an issue to report until just now with the NXOE.
