Xbox preview program ~ Lawsuite

the preview program for Xbox destroyed my console it can no longer be used. An update to the software release will need to be made or a class action lawsuit will be made to Xbox and the release of a faulty software that messes with peoples information if
i don't get a response you will be at fault. This is me giving you guys one more chance NO TROUBLESHOOTING CAN FIX THIS PROBLEMS I DON'T WANT A STUPID SOB STORY!!!!!!! (this regards to the newly released software)

Ok thanks lee I got a message early hours of the morning for the preview program. Worked out friends work differently on the xbox one, if you add someone they are added to your friends list, but you show as a follower on their list, it's up to them to add as a friend if that's what they want, if this makes sense. Anyway signed up for the preview programme so fingers crossed.

You will need to post this in the preview program private forums for the best response.

As per the agreement between you and Microsoft, a "lawsuit" will not be successful. A replacement console or console repair can potentially be given for broken consoles.
