    Xbox Preview Program Issues


    Hi

    A few months ago a friend referred me to the preview program. After chatting with support, they told me I was registered for the program, but the program itself was not downloaded to my xbox as I never received any message prompting me to update to it. Because
    of this, I am apparently having issues with party chat and voice chat. Can someone please fix this?

    Hi if you are in the preview program then the link below should work for you. Please be aware just because your friend has invited you to the program it does not guarantee you will get in and also the program is nearly full so they have reduced the number
    of new members being let in.

    However I suspect this is not related to your chat issues.

    It says "group not found." So if I am not in the preview program as the chat representative said, what is the issue for my party chat not working after the most recent Xbox update?

    I can't say what is causing your issue but it may be worth checking your network settings to make sure you have an open NAT and also check that your controller firmware I up to date.

    Have you recently had a communication ban? If so there is an issue of when coming off the ban you are still unable to be heard when it party chat.

    Support doesn't know who is in or out of the preview programs they can only see if you were invited or not

    Being accepted Ishe step that takes months before you can get in

    only the preview team knows who is in

    Also enforcement issues will block your if you were suspended within a yesr

    You will have to wait a full year after before reapplying

    If you're in the Xbox One preview program and are running the latest Anniversary preview build, it's best to report the issue using the feedback app. Once you have reported the issue, please be sure to visit the Preview
    Program forums for further assistance/information.

    forums. Also, always be sure to report any issues you find using the Feedback app on your Xbox One console. That way some issues won't be crossed between non preview and preview members.

    It didn't work I think it's got something to do with the preview program due to the latest update I got on my Xbox one that was sent with me being in the preview program that is causing the issue... My roommate doesn't have an issue on his Xbox one with
