Xbox Preview Program invite problem

I joined the Xbox preview program back in March by redeeming a code from the xbox major nelson panel at pax east. Found out about a few weeks ago that I was supposed to get a service message but realized I never got the message. In my first time contacting
support about it they said it was because of my console was not registered. After they registered it they said to wait 24-48 hrs and you'll get the msg. Fast forward a week later I never got the message. I contacted support again about the issue in which they
said that they would forward the problem to a specialist (they didn't know why I wasn't getting the message since they said I was part of the program) and that I would get a confirmation email and a follow-up phone call within 1-2 days to tell me that it's
fixed. A week later I never got a phone call or a confirmation email about the issue. I was given a reference number though ( if you need it i'll give it to you). Now comes #3 attempt lol. I was wondering if this can get fixed in which I'll be able to receive
the xbox service message and since I've been waiting since March lol.

NOTE: I have an app called "Xbox One preview registration". I was told to use that to get the service message by support but that has not worked.

I get 10 messages a day asking for me to invite them to the preview program. I'm sick of these messages popping up. Can you please fully delete this thread for me?
