Xbox Preview Program Invite Issues

I have received multiple invites and have been waiting to join the Xbox Preview Program for over 20 days. Several Xbox Support Representatives I have spoken to said I received the invite however I have not accepted it. Can you please help me to receive this
message and get into the program, or allow me to access the Xbox Preview Forums to get help on this issue? My Gamertag is . Have a great day!

I get 10 messages a day asking for me to invite them to the preview program. I'm sick of these messages popping up. Can you please fully delete this thread for me?

These forums are dedicated to support issues and really aren't the best place for requesting Preview Program invites. The only way to get invited to the Preview Program is to have a friend invite you. See

Hi west,

I just need to clarify - being invited to the preview program does not guarantee selection - invites only let you apply. Bear in mind that they do selections in batches/waves due to volume of people trying to join.

How will you know if you are selected?

You'll get a service message from the team on your Xbox One. The message will include a link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You'll need to use the app to register your console for Preview updates.

You would not receive a message if you are not selected.

For the moment all I can suggest is more patience.

Unfortunately the only way to participate in the Preview Program is by invitation, so you would have to be invited by someone who is currently participating in the Preview Program. For more information about the Preview Program, check out our Xbox

Sorry you're having issues receiving your invites to the Xbox Preview Program. First, not everyone that is invited to the preview program is accepted, so that may be the case here. Try the link below if you're having issues getting a preview invite
at all, then you can try to post in these forums. You'll likely get group not found and if that is the case reply to this thread. A moderator will review your settings, and grant appropriate permissions after they take a look.

Only friends that are part of the Xbox One preview program can invite you to it. Be aware that an invite will not guarantee you to be accepted to the preview program.

Hey, guys! 24 is right and having a friend invite you to the preview program is the only way to be invited into the preview program. Please ask a friend in private message or Xbox Live messages for an invite to the program. Thanks for understanding!
