    Xbox Preview Program Glitch


    I'm not even a member of the preview program and I was even told this while I was on the phone with xbox, but I'm not a preview program member but I still get the updates at the same time as the people that are signed up for the program. Its very irritating
    because I have to deal with all the bugs and glitches and I haven't even signed up for the program. Also in the cortana update that just came out you can't even load up your games and apps. It also takes along time for your setting, friends, messages, etc.

    Hello! I see that you don't want to be part of such program. That's fine. Click here

    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-update-preview-faq     and then click on the sub faq "What should I do if I want to stop participating in the program?" Then on every profile on the console do those steps. So your console can be opted out.

    It's actually a glitch. They preview program is not giving away free games.

    I wish a hard reset would help lol. I've unplugged my box and let it sit for 5 minutes twice today and I still can't report my issues through the app. Oh well, I'll just post in the forum as new issues arise.

    Make sure you report any issues via the console, when possible, and post in the preview forums. The preview team does not look at the normal support forums for issues.
