    Xbox Preview Program Forums and Invites


    Hello,

    I am in the Preview Program for the Xbox One but do not appear to have access to the forum? I see a previous post where a moderator assisted someone with this problem.

    I was going to post about an issue I appear to be having-- I use the Preview Program app and choose the INVITE FRIENDS option but the two people who I have invited multiple times over the course of a couple of a weeks have yet to get any kind of in-console
    message the way I did when I was invited. Is this normal now or am I experiencing a problem that there is a solution for?

    Windows Insider for Windows 10, Xbox One Preview Program?

    Hi there!

    Windows 10 testing is a separate program to the Xbox One preview program. To join the Xbox One preview program, you will need a friend who is already in the program to invite you. Invites are not given out over the support forums.

    Well not much cam be done

    Being invited doesnt garentee they will. Be accepted

    Even if they get the invite it will be a long time.before they will be accepted amd download the app

    Currently thebeta is near capacity and they are being really picky about the amount of people the are letting in

    Getting new people who have not received an invite in is slim

    There are 3 waves each is done in batches

    Invite wave

    Acceptance

    And update wave

    Because of the limited number of spots left they are more sélective

    I figured something like that must be happening.

    I must have been very fortunate to have received my invite as it was right around the time of E3.

    I still need a forum admin/moderator to confirm my preview membership and give me access to the forums.

    Hey,

    Once an Official Support member on the forums sees this tomorrow during normal support hours they will give you access to the forums under "Xbox Early Access".

    To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

    Hi Donald Duck!

    Invitations to the Xbox One Preview Program are not sent out over the forums. You will need a friend who is in the preview program to invite you. You may have been invited, but there is a backlog of messages and invites to be sent out.

    A support staff member might check your invitation status and then grant you access to the preview support forums so that you can ask there.
