    Xbox Preview Program Forum: NO ACCESS AFTER INVITE!


    Hi. My GT is . I am trying windows 10 and have accepted my invite to the preview program and, long after 72 hours, I have no access to the official xbox preview forum and my enrollment is still pending.

    Xbox preview message/invitation

    Hi, I was recently invited to the Xbox one preview program by a friend and a few days later I recieved an invite. Unfortunatel, I mistakenly deleted the message and after contacting Xbox support I was told I was already in the program but if I needed the
    message for the app download again I would have to post in the preview forum. I currently have no access to the preview forum and am given a message of "group not found" whenever I try to access it. Thank you.

    Hi neo,

    there is a backlog of consoles to enroll at the moment due to the huge volume of people that have recently applied - please be patient!

    As for your forum access the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort you out once they see your message.

    Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

    To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

    Preview Program invitation problem

    Hi Donald Duck!

    Invitations to the Xbox One Preview Program are not sent out over the forums. You will need a friend who is in the preview program to invite you. You may have been invited, but there is a backlog of messages and invites to be sent out.

    A support staff member might check your invitation status and then grant you access to the preview support forums so that you can ask there.
