Xbox Preview Program Forum- Group Not Found

I have been on Preview Program for a couple of months now and am having a issue with the new update. I was trying to post on the preview program forum and I get the message Group Not Found. Any help? Thanks!

My xbox one is not going past the boot screen, and i cant access the preview program forums, it says group not found

 

Hi cnorth04,

the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort out your forum access.

Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

 

I too am part of the program but can not get into the forum. I was hoping to post this morning about the new dash update . hope someone sees this to help me out....

 

I am also part of the preview program and am having trouble with the new update not installing. Really need access to the forums. Is there another way to get access? Maybe someone we can contact?

Same here, in the program but "Group not found" "The requested Group cannot be found." :s

I am also having the same "Group not found" error. I've a Preview Program member since June, but I haven't had an issue to report until just now with the NXOE.

 

I got asked to post there and have no access, really we should have been granted access when we enrolled to be part of the preview. It would have saved you and us a load of Hassel
