Xbox Preview Program Forum Access

I was accepted into the program, downloaded the preview app and registered my console. I can access the forums via my Xbox One, but I do not currently have the ability to see the forums from any other system. It seems to come up as "Forum not found" or
something to that effect. Can anybody advise how long after you get fully registered till you have forum access?

I'm in the preview program but cant access the preview access forum page

I contacted xbox support and they directed me to this forum after I confirmed I did not have access to the forum access page

Usually you get access within 48 hours but it also can take up to one week.

 

It's so odd, I can access it from my Xbox One, but have no ability to access it any other way. That means they recognize my gamer tag. How strange.

 

Have you tried to log out and in again on your pc? Maybe it's a cookie or cache problem there.

 

I've been waiting 3 weeks, I made a thread like this and a week ago was told to message someone which i did and still haven't heard back...

I've given up all hope.

I can access the preview program forums on xbox one but can not access it from my pc. Why is that?
