Discus and support Xbox Preview Program Forum Access in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have a question about the xbox preview program.     Xbox Preview Program Forum Access


    I have a question about the xbox preview program. Can I ask in these forums or do I have to go to the preview program forum? If anyone can tell me here how long it takes to be unenrolled from the program that would be great?

    XBOX One preview registration issue

    I'm in the preview program but cant access the preview access forum page

    I contacted xbox support and they directed me to this forum after I confirmed I did not have access to the forum access page

    It takes at least until the end of the current wave, which may be around mid of September to get released out of the program. To be released change status of your console within the preview dashboard app at the registration tile.

    It says unenroll pending. Thats what it's supposed to say when someone wants to be released right?

    Xbox Preview Program Forum Access

    I am A active preview member but I trying to get onto the preview forums but every time I get a message saying group not found. I see a few people are having the problem but the threads just seem to be locked with no answers to the problem. Any one know
    how to fix this ?

    Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
    forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.

    To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.
