Xbox Preview Program Forum Access

Hi there, I was directed by Xbox support to post on this forum because I don't have access to the preview program forums. I have been invited and I downloaded the app but I encountered problems proceeding. I was going to contact the preview support guys
but after several days I get the error "group not found" when I try to access them with my account. I was told support would check these forums and manually grant me access.

I contacted xbox support and they directed me to this forum after I confirmed I did not have access to the forum access page

Thanks for making a post. You will now need to wait for a member of the support team to manually grant you access to the preview forums.

 

I believe my preview invitation expired, and was told to post to a forum for activation. Any chance I could get some help?

 

Hi there! I'm not sure if I need to make my own thread or not, but I've been a Preview Program member for a few months now and still have no access to the forums as well. I would appreciate any help with gaining that access. -Thanks!

 

I also need Xbox preview forum access if possible I accidentally deleted the message that allows you to download the app. Can i please get some help.
