Discus and support XBOX Preview Program for Dolby Atmos in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I need an invite to get access to a Dolby Atmos update with the Xbox Preview Program.     I need an invite to get access to a Dolby Atmos update with the Xbox Preview Program. Can someone help me out here?

    Preview Atmos

    I just bought an Xbox One S, and wanted to preview the Xbox Atmos support that is being issued out to some Preview Program members. However, it looks like you have to be chosen. I have a new system setup for Dolby Atmos, and wanted to opt in to preview
    the firmware update. Since I have a new system, I don't have much "reward points" or experience in the program. Is there a way to let the Xbox developers know that I have a Dolby Atmos system and willing to provide feedback for that particular preview? I'm
    assuming many don't have Atmos systems yet and they would welcome as much feedback as possible.

    And I may be in the completely wrong section of forums. First time poster.

    Can't Hear Game Audio or menu sounds through headset

    Is your console enrolled in the Insider Preview Program?

    When you go to the settings under Display&Sound, do you have the console set up to also play game sound through the headphones? If so, do you use any spatial surround modes like Windows Sonic or Dolby Atmos for headphones?

    If you set it to Dolby Atmos for Headphones, did you actually purchase Dolby Atmos for headphones? If not, you could only try Dolby Atmos for headphones for two weeks. So check the settings if the headphones work with Stereo or Windows Sonic.

    Unfortunately, the Xbox Live Rewards program does not handle the Xbox preview program, so we cannot assist with this issue.

    Sorry to hear it. If you're in the Xbox Insiders Preview Program please try the steps listed below to see if they help

    Users who have Dolby Atmos enabled and console display settings set to 120hz with 36 bits per pixel (12-bit) are experiencing loss of Dolby Atmos audio in some situations.

    • Workaround: Disable 120hz or set Video Fidelity to 30 bits per pixel (10-bit) or lower.
