    Xbox Preview Program enrolled but can't do nothing


    Hi, as subject my situation is that: i'm a member of the preview program since 2 month, my status is enrolled but i can't update my xbox i can only see changelogs on the preview dashboard and do quick pools..

    How can I do? I hope that you understood Xbox Preview Program enrolled but can't do nothing :)

    Preview forum access?

    I enrolled in the preview program a week ago, but, I still don't have access to the Xbox One preview forum.

    Hi there Randomx27 Hold on a member of official support will be by to grant you access to the preview forums, Currently there are no preview updates right now, xbox will be rolling out the new dashboard to a group of preview members then later to the rest
    of of the preview community. Thanks ArkhamKnight895

    If there is nothing listed then the console you are on is not enrolled in the preview program.

    For whatever reason the Xbox Preview Program isn't working for me. My console is enrolled in the program and I can't access the new UI/features. On top of that I can't even contact the Preview Program Engineers through the forums because every time I try
    to access the page it says "Group Not Found".

    I too have no access to the preview forum. I am enrolled in the the program, just can't seem to gain access to the forum.

    Hey mauretto63! I can confirm you are in the preview program. If you'd like to un-enroll you will need to download the
    Xbox preview dashboard app. If you have any trouble un-enrolling you will need to post in the
    Preview Program Registration Support forum. Thanks!
