Xbox preview program download not received on Xbox one

    Xbox preview program download not received on Xbox one


    I recently got an invite from my friend to the Xbox preview program, and I accepted the invitatio. I waited about a week and a half for the download but I never got it. I asked Xbox support and they tried to re invite me, but again still didn't work. Now
    I am out of options and is hoping the preview program team can see this fourn. The employe that was helping me , confirmed that I got an invitation. So can you guys help me ? It would be much appreciated!

    Xbox One Preview Program message expired

    I had received an invite to participate in the Xbox One Preview program, but I was away at the time unable to sign in on my Xbox One. The Message had expired before I got the chance to activate it.

    Per the Xbox One Preview program FAQ it says:

    "What do I do if I no longer have the message to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app?

    If you've deleted the Xbox Live service message with the link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app or it expired, please post in the private Xbox One preview forum."

    Only to lead you to a page stating "Group Not Found"

    Is there anyway I can get the message to download the app again?

    Sorry to hear it. An invitation to the preview program does not guarantee access to the program. Also, the program is at capacity at the moment and they are not accepting new people in. If you accepted the invitation then your gamertag would be in their
    list. Keep an eye on your Live messages for more info in the future.

    Hi there,

    there is no link to download the preview app, the Xbox 360 preview program does not have an invitation option and does not require a preview app download.

    If you mean the Xbox One preview then please post in the Xbox One forum section, but be aware that an invitation (which can be done by friends in the preview) will not guarantee you will be accepted to the program. Once accepted you will receive a Xbox Live
    Message with a code to download the preview app there is no external link.

    In order to acquire an invite to the Preview Program, you'll need to receive one from a friend. To find out more information, check out our support article on the

    What I would suggest is to post up in our Xbox One General Discussion forum, make some friends in there who are already participating in the preview program, and then hopefully receive an invite from them!

    The Xbox 360 and Xbox One preview programs are separate... being in one doesn't guarantee access to the other. To get into the Xbox One preview program, you'll need to be invited by a friend who is already in the program, and then be accepted by Microsoft
    (you'll get a message from Xbox Live with a link to download the Preview Dashboard app).

    Hi ryley,

    if you have already received a service message that lets you download the preview dashboard app, then you should be able to register your console in the program from within the app and start receiving updates when the next wave starts.
