    Xbox Preview Program Dashboard App Registration Problem


    I signed up for the Preview Program about a month ago. Yesterday I received a notification from the Preview Dashboard App so I opened it only to be greeted with a message saying that "the system has already been registered to another account." I also cannot
    access the Preview Program Forums. I have spoken to 3 people over support chat about the issue and they directed me here to post a thread for the Specialists. The case reference number is 1273336124. I also have not received any of the messages for the
    Halo 5 Beta Preview, and was told by the chat representatives that I am still able to receive them.

    @EmperorAdewold. Can you not leave the program from within the Xbox preview dashboard app? under registration?

    The preview registration app is no longer used its the xbox preview Dashboard app you need, can you access the preview forum or registration support.

    Unregister From Xbox One Preview Program

    This is just a little misunderstanding as is not the preview registration app you need to use to unregister, but the dashboard preview app.

    In the dashboard preview app you find a tile named "registration". Click this tile and change the status of your console there. You will then be unenrolled from the preview program as soon as the current wave has gone public. Until then you will see the
    status "unenroll pending".
