Xbox Preview Program Account Failed

I really need some assistance, I have been invited into the preview program and when I do try console register it fails. It says that the console has already been registered to a different account. I spoke to support and linked me into here. Could Admins
please activate my account and console or link them together? (Support already tried to link my console but said it already is)

yeah i just got into the preview program no code yet though. although i do have the money in my xbox account to buy their 30$ a year plan

How do I leave the preview program for the 360

well this sucks cause currently I cant login to XBL cause the preview program update failed for most people. Oh well I guess

LowerEastSide24, the last public update was on Dec 11 2014. Either your hard drive (or internal 4gb storage) is failing and causing the xbox unable to read that it has the update or you are in the preview program which had an update on March 31st.

If you are part of the preview program, you should be posting in the preview program forums. The preview program is about beta testing and problems can arise. It's part of the risk in partaking in a beta.

If you are not part of the preview program then you have an obvious hard ware failure somewhere.

If your console is in the Insider Preview program, there was a mention in the "known issues", that the console sometimes fails to start up from hibernation.

If you are in the Preview Program, and that happens, restart the console and then file feedback that you have that problem.

If your console is not in the Preview Program, download the Xbox Insider App, and then use the app to file feedback that you also have that issue.

As you are in the preview program it is best to post in preview. If you fail to install any update by a certain date it will force the update whatever your settings are.

Hi there, if this update is for being in the preview/insider program this could be why it is failing as it could be a bug with the recent update, If the update is not for the preview/insider program then I suggest you contact support.xbox.com to see if
