Xbox Preview odd question

Okay so due to reasons i had to buy a NEW xbox one.. I was already a preview member on my old console and had the update as will... I cant seem to find the preview app anymore either. IS there a way to contact someone about this issue?

An odd question

It's a fairly simple idea, but kind of an odd one I think. I've never heard of it being done anyway.

I'd like to make a new account rather than simply change my gamer tag. I've already done so, but before I purchase a gold membership, I figured I might as well come here first. I was wondering... is there any way at all that it would be possible to transfer
my remaining gold time from this account, to the account that I've created. It is only a silver membership at the moment. If that's possible that would be great. If not I'll just wait until the time on this one expires I guess. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure if I've made it clear enough so I'll try reiterating it just in case...

I want to transfer the remaining GOLD membership time from this account, to another, different, SILVER account. If that's at all possible that would be awesome. Hope I've made it clear enough.

Now I have to look for a 0's and 1's generator and see what that gamertag comes out to be.

 

It should show up under Ready to Install in Apps in My Games and Apps. Once you get it, you'll have to go through the console registration process again.

 

Ive looked in that area xbox preview isnt a option.

 

The only ways I know of to fix this are: make sure you are signed in with the same gamertag that was in the preview program on your old console, hold the Xbox logo on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down, wait a few seconds,
and turn it back on. If it's still not showing up after that, I don't have any other ideas, sorry.
