Xbox preview message not received

After receiving a friend's invite to join the preview program, the message to accept was sent but never accepted (according to a supportagent) but I never received the message

Can I received the XBOX preview invitation message again?

I have ever received the XBOX preview invitation message in smart glass, but can't found the message in my XBOX ONE message when I opened the XBOX ONE console. By the way,I encounter the same problem to access the XBOX preview forum "Group not found".

I have already received and invite for the preview, but I have not received a message to download the preview dashboard. It shows in my account that I just need to accept the preview invite (I was told this by xbox support when I called). The problem is
that I have not received the message to accept it. The forum for the Preview says No group found whenever I am linked to it. I just need to be sent the Xbox Live message to accept my preview invite. Any ideas can help.

 

Support can't actually see if you've been sent a message. If you are accepted to the program, you will receive a message via Live. If you haven't received a message, then you haven't been accepted. Being invited does not guarantee you will be accepted.

 

The support agent said (perhaps I misunderstood) that I had been accepted and should have received a message

 

They might be able to see if you've been invited, but phone and chat support do not actually handle the preview program so they can't see if you've been accepted or not.

 

Strange, I will have to review with another to see if the first was misunderstanding. Thanks
