Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Are you a part of the preview program? The last update for the Xbox for non preview members was 10/21/2019. Preview members get tons of updates periodically depending on how deep into the program you are
in. These updates are so the preview members can test them before releasing them out to the public.

Hi there Randomx27 Hold on a member of official support will be by to grant you access to the preview forums, Currently there are no preview updates right now, xbox will be rolling out the new dashboard to a group of preview members then later to the rest

What is the next update & Version for Preview Members Available or Xbox Preview Dashboard Updated after the 27/04/2016 Version th2_xbox_rel_1603.160420-1900 was successfully updated on my Xbox One Console. Are the Updates for Xbox Preview Dashboard Updates
for all Registered Preview Members Automatically installed every month or 2 months.

I've been a preview member for months. Everything thinks I'm a preview member the app on the Xbox does, my account info shows it. The forums DB refuses to believe it.
